Had the same problem. Looks like a bug to me. Cheque your culling email address - brand sure the name part (earlier the @ sign) contains only letters (didnt bank check how nigh numbers). Consider creating some free email business relationship (only messages in the name part) and using it. Microsoft: check your lawmaking.

I kept getting this message while trying to get my security lawmaking via a phone call to my state line. When I changed the phone number to my jail cell telephone and requested my security code via a text bulletin, everything worked simply fine. Getting my security code via e-mail has always worked. This is not a Windows 8 or 8.1 issue as I have the same blazon of problem managing my Microsoft Account with Windows 7.

Situation:: Yous go the message "We couldn't send the code. Delight endeavour again."
REASON: "Y'all've requested too many codes this calendar week. Please try once more in a week."
Past the manner, there is also a limit on the number of accounts you tin can setup in a day (similar 5); but if you lot use a proxy browser, similar Tor, yous tin can switch IP addresses and setup a lot more than. However, it does not solve the problem of getting the in a higher place mistake bulletin when y'all have sent too many codes to the same recipient email address in a week. But, the fix or workaround would be to try to setup multiple allonym on your receiving email account, or multiple alternate e-mail accounts, and use those. Good luck!

I'm trying to contact you because it seems like you have knowledge about this situation. I recentley deleted some of my Microsoft accounts and used them to store important documents ans pictures. But didn't save all. When I attempt to reopen them and get a security code to my phone. I get the message: "there's a temporarily problem with the server, please try once again subsequently. If you go along to go this message, attempt again alter". However information technology has gone days and information technology works to receive a code to the accounts I've an email address on. But I don't have it on all of them. I've tried different web browsers, devices, cleared the cache etc. When I try to get a code to my regular account, I get the bulletin "we couldn't send the code, try once again afterwards". Practise you know what the problem is? And can yous please help me to resolve this.
